From September 5 to October 4, 2025, the Archaeological Park of Pompeii and the other sites of Greater Pompeii will open in the evening, offering visitors a unique experience: night walks, theatrical performances, and special events.
Evening Walks
Every Friday and Saturday, from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm (last entry at 10:00 pm), visitors can explore Pompeii and the other archaeological sites under a magical night atmosphere.

Evening ticket: €7 (reductions and free entry according to regulations).

Pompeii routes:

From Piazza Anfiteatro, including visits to domus and the exhibition “Being a Woman in Ancient Pompeii” (approx. 1 hour).

From Piazza Esedra, entrance to the Villa of the Mysteries, with a shuttle service to Boscoreale (Villa Regina and Antiquarium, approx. 1h40 in total).

Theatrical Performances – Pompeii. Vox Feminae
The evening walks are enriched by the theater project “Pompeii. Vox Feminae. The Secret Words of Women”, dedicated to great female figures from history and myth.

Locations: Odeion (Small Theater) in Pompeii and other Greater Pompeii sites (Stabiae, Oplontis, Boscoreale).

Time: 8:30 pm – 10:00 pm (performance duration: 30 minutes).

Cost: €7, limited seats (online booking recommended at ticketone.it).
Main characters include Ariadne, Giulia Felice, Iphigenia, Eumachia, Poppaea, Phaedra, Flavia Agatea, Amaryllis, Wilhelmina, and Asellina. Through theater, dance, and music, the audience will discover the passions, strength, and intelligence of these women of antiquity.
