Instructions
To enter the Pompeii Archaeological Park, present your voucher at IBT Pompei, located in Piazza Porta Marina Inferiore, next to Chalet Donna Lucia.
To enjoy the Mount Vesuvius virtual experience at MAP – Magic Ancient Pompeii, present your voucher at the entrance to the museum, located near the Suisse Hotel.
Please note that the virtual experience is available only at 08:45 or 13:00, and entry is permitted exclusively at these scheduled times.
Cloakroom Service
A paid cloakroom service is available where you can leave bags, backpacks, umbrellas, and other bulky items before entering the archaeological site.
Please note that bags, backpacks, luggage, and cases larger than 30 × 30 × 15 cm are not permitted inside the Pompeii Archaeological Park.
